MIT lecture browser and automated transcription

This is a currently private blog post. Anyone with the URL can access it. Please do not share the URL. I intend to add to this post, detailing the differences between our approach and the one developed at MIT.

In 2007, MIT developed a lecture searchengine called the "Lecture Browser", based on transcripts of lectures. This set of slides by Brandon Muramatsu is a particularly interesting overview of the automated transcription workflow developed at MIT.
